The concert programme with the complete Iberia plus the film requires two 55-minute sessions.

The programme consists primarily of the piano recital given by Yoram Ish-Hurwitz. The film, made by Jenneke Boeijink, supports the recital, but it is no less important. In fact, it fulfills the same purpose that the speakers did in Ish-Hurwitz’s last project, Pilgrim Years: The music is introduced in pieces to the audience and set in context before it is performed.

With the film interwoven in the concert, a varied experience is created that appeals to both the expert and the less experienced concertgoer. Theater director Carel Alphenaar created the staging.
